W mojej pracy widz\u0119, jak to pomaga pacjentom z chronicznym stresem, kt\u00f3rzy nie maj\u0105 czasu na dojazdy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Jednak wady nie s\u0105 bagatelne. Problemy techniczne (s\u0142abe po\u0142\u0105czenie) mog\u0105 przerywa\u0107 sesje, a obawy o prywatno\u015b\u0107 danych s\u0105 powszechne (Furma\u0144ska, 2025). Dla terapeut\u00f3w, brak bezpo\u015bredniego kontaktu utrudnia ocen\u0119 kryzys\u00f3w, np. my\u015bli samob\u00f3jczych.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Wskaz\u00f3wki dla pacjent\u00f3w: wybierz dok\u0142adnie terapeut\u0119, przetestuj sprz\u0119t przed sesj\u0105 i b\u0105d\u017a otwarty na feedback.
